• Which rule governed it: the protocol, consent and training in effect at the time, not today
• Where AI acted: every step an agent took, recorded as it happened
• Who oversaw it: the person accountable for each decision

The problem it solves

Evidence infrastructure solves structural amnesia: the organizational problem where data flows across systems without provenance and context. It does not move underlying data or replace validated Part 11 systems. Instead, it collects receipts from silos into a centralized receipt store, constructing retrieval for accurate evidence-first answers.
